By using VialMath (the "App"), published by Techlathery LLC (the "Operator"), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App does arithmetic on numbers you enter: a vial amount, a volume of water, a dose and a syringe type. It converts that dose into millilitres and syringe units. It does not select, suggest, adjust or recommend a dose, and it does not use any personal health information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Enter only the dose your physician or prescriber gave you. You are solely responsible for the values you enter and for checking every result, with your physician or pharmacist where appropriate, before you draw or use anything. Never start, stop or change any medication or compound based on the App.
The App does not sell, source, supply or endorse any compound, and contains no list of compounds or doses. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live.
The calculator is free. Saving calculations is a one-time purchase at the price shown in the store when you buy. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It is charged to your Google Play account (or Apple ID, if the App is offered on the App Store). You can restore it on a new phone with Restore purchase. Refunds are handled by the store you bought through, under its own policies.
Saved calculations are stored only on your phone. We keep no copy and cannot recover them. Uninstalling the App or losing the phone deletes them.
If you got the App from an app store, that store's terms also apply. Where the store requires it, the store provider is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DOSING OR HEALTH OUTCOME. THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it except as the law allows.
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
