Pepathary · Effective June 26, 2026 · Version 2026-06-26

The short version: we collect nothing. Pepathary has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. Everything you enter stays in your own device's storage. We never receive it and cannot see or recover it.

1. Who we are

Pepathary ("Pepathary," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Techlathery LLC (a Michigan limited liability company; ID 900242533). Pepathary is a single‑file, offline‑first app — available as an installable web app, an Android app, and an iOS app — for personally tracking a medication, peptide, and supplement regimen.

2. What we collect: nothing

We do not collect, transmit, store on a server, sell, rent, or share any personal or health information. There are no user accounts, no login, no advertising identifiers, no analytics tools, and no third‑party trackers. Everything you enter is saved only in your device's local app storage (your browser's localStorage). It never leaves your device except through the optional, you‑initiated features listed in Section 5.

3. The information you can record (all kept on your device)

The app lets you record the following, solely so the app can work on your device. We never receive any of it:

The only purpose of this information is to power the features you use, on your device. There is no other use, because it never reaches us.

4. Consumer health data (Washington "My Health My Data" Act and similar laws)

Some of the information above may be "consumer health data" under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and comparable state laws. Because Pepathary stores this data only on your device and we never collect, receive, access, use, share, or sell it:

5. Optional features that you trigger (full honesty)

The app makes no automatic network calls that include your personal or health data. The features below reach the internet only when you choose to use them (except the optional update check, noted last), and send only what that feature needs:

FeatureWhat is sent, and to whomWhen
Web fontsYour browser requests fonts from Google Fonts (this exposes your IP address to Google, like any website does). On load
Lab / COA photo scan (OCR)The text‑reading engine (Tesseract.js) downloads from a public code network (jsDelivr). Your photo is read on your device — the image is not uploaded.Only if you tap "Scan"
Drug‑interaction checkThe medication names you check are sent to the public OpenFDA service to look up interactions.Only if you run the check
AI assistant (optional)Only if you add your own provider key, a summary of your regimen is sent to the provider you chose (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) under their privacy policy. Off by default; with no key, nothing is sent.Only if you enable it and send a message
Walk / Run map (optional)If you turn on GPS for the Walk / Run tracker, your location is used to draw your route and measure distance and pace. Your route is stored only on your device; the only thing sent out is the map view, which is drawn using a third-party map service (OpenStreetMap). Your location is never sent to us (we have no server) and is never used for ads or tracking.Only if you start a walk or run with GPS turned on
Exports & sharingEmailing your schedule, calendar (.ics) files, JSON/Markdown backups, the clinician handoff packet, and stack‑share links contain medication details and are handed to whatever app or person you choose.Only when you export or share
App update checkWhen an update‑notification address is set up, your browser may check our server for a newer version number on launch. Only a version number is checked — no personal or health data is sent (the request exposes your IP address, as any web request does). On launch (only if configured)

Once you send information to a third party (above), we do not control how they handle it. Please review their privacy policies.

6. No sale or sharing of data

Because we never receive your data, we cannot and do not sell or share it with anyone, for any purpose, including advertising.

7. Children

Pepathary is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone (we collect nothing from anyone).

8. Your control over your data

You hold all of your data. You can view, edit, export, or permanently delete everything from within the app at any time (More → Danger zone → Clear all data). There is no deletion "request" process, because there is nothing on our side to delete.

9. Security

Because your data lives on your device, its security depends on your own device and browser. We recommend using a device passcode, keeping your browser or the app updated, and turning on Pepathary's optional encrypted‑backup and auto‑lock features if you store sensitive information. No method of storage is perfectly secure.

10. App‑store privacy labels

When Pepathary is offered through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, those stores show their own "data safety" / privacy labels. Consistent with this policy, Pepathary's labels state that the only data type used is your location, and only for the optional Walk / Run map (to draw your route) — it is marked optional, used only for app functionality, and never shared or used for advertising or tracking. No other data is collected.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the app and this page will show the updated version for your review. The version date appears at the top.

12. Contact

Questions about your privacy: [email protected].

13. Change of control (acquisition or merger)

If the company that operates Pepathary is acquired, merged, or otherwise transferred to new ownership, any successor entity takes on the same privacy obligations set out in this policy — including the commitment not to sell, share, or misuse your data.

Because Pepathary stores no personal or health information on our servers, there is nothing for us to hand over to a buyer. Your regimen, labs, and notes live only on your own device. A buyer would acquire the software, the brand, subscription revenue, and store listings — not a database of your health records. There is no central server, no user database to transfer, and nothing to breach or encumber.

If this policy were to change materially following a change of control, users would receive notice and a reasonable opportunity to delete their local data from within the app before the change takes effect.
