Terms of Use

Pepathary · Effective June 26, 2026 · Version 2026-06-26

Plain‑English summary (not a substitute for the terms below): Pepathary is a personal organizer and educational reference for tracking a medication, peptide, and supplement regimen. It is not a medical device, gives no medical advice, and never tells you what or how much to take. You must be 18 or older. Your data stays on your device. Use it at your own risk, and confirm everything with your doctor.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By checking the acceptance boxes on first run, or by continuing to use Pepathary (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of the service — not medical advice

The App is a personal organizing and educational logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosage recommendations. Using the App does not create a doctor–patient or any professional relationship. Nothing in the App is a recommendation to use, obtain, start, stop, or change any compound.

3. Your healthcare provider decides

Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice, and never start, stop, or change any medication, peptide, or supplement based on anything in the App. Confirm every dose, schedule, interaction, and calculation with your provider or pharmacist.

4. The calculator and the library presets

The reconstitution calculator performs arithmetic on values that you enter. It does not select or adjust a dose based on your personal health data. Library and "build your regimen" preset values are typical published amounts shown for educational reference — not recommendations or prescriptions. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the values you enter and for verifying every result with a physician or pharmacist before acting on it. Calculations are provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy.

5. Reminders and notifications are not guaranteed

The App may show reminders, but we do not guarantee that any reminder, alert, or notification will be generated, delivered, or received — browser and phone notifications are unreliable, especially when the App is closed or the device is offline or restricted. You remain solely responsible for your own adherence. Do not rely on the App as your only safeguard against a missed or duplicated dose.

6. No promotion or sourcing of substances

The App does not sell, source, supply, endorse, or encourage the acquisition or use of any compound. Many compounds that can be tracked are not approved by the FDA for human use and may be sold "for research purposes only." Tracking is a record‑keeping convenience, not an endorsement. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Educational content

Library, glossary, dosage reference, knowledge‑base, and any feed/"Pulse" content is informational only, may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and is not an endorsement of any product, vendor, or practice.

8. Your data and backups

All data you enter is stored only in your device/browser storage. We keep no copy and cannot recover your data. Clearing your browser data, uninstalling the App, or losing the device will permanently destroy your data. You are responsible for making your own backups (the App provides an export function). See the Privacy Policy for the limited, you‑initiated features that send data to third parties.

9. Fees

The App is currently provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, the applicable subscription price, billing terms, auto‑renewal details, and any refund policy will be presented to you and will require your acceptance before any charge.

10. App stores

If you obtained the App through a third‑party app store (for example, Google Play or the Apple App Store), that store's terms also apply to your use of the App. Where required by those stores, the store providers are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

12. Limitation of liability

13. Indemnification

14. License

You are granted a personal, non‑commercial, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, resell, reverse‑engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

15. Changes, governing law, severability

We may update these Terms; material changes require you to re‑accept them in the App, and your acceptance (version and timestamp) is recorded on your device. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the App.

16. No AI training use

No part of the App, its source code, content, design, educational materials, glossary, library data, or any other materials made available through Pepathary or pepathary.app may be used — in whole or in part — to train, fine-tune, pre-train, evaluate, distill, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model, system, or product, without prior written permission from the Operator. This prohibition applies regardless of how the material is accessed.
