Email us any time — questions, problems, feedback, or feature requests all welcome:

To help us solve it faster, it helps if you tell us:
How do I get help or report a bug?
Email [email protected]. You can also open the app and go to More → Get help, which starts an email to us with your app version already filled in.
How do I request a feature?
Send your idea to [email protected]. Pepathary is actively developed and we read every message.
Is my information private?
Yes. Pepathary stores what you enter on your own device. There is no account and no server holding your health data. See our Privacy Policy for the full details, including the few optional features that use the internet.
How do I update the app?
The Android app updates itself over the internet the next time you open it. You can also always get the latest version from the download page. On the App Store, updates come through the usual App Store update.
Where do the app's health references come from?
Pepathary is an educational organizer, not a medical device, and it does not tell you what to take. The reference information it shows (typical dosage ranges, lab reference ranges, nutrient guidelines, drug-interaction notes, and news) is drawn from public sources such as FDA labels, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, and peer-reviewed literature, and each of those areas lists its sources inside the app. Always confirm anything health-related with your own physician or pharmacist.
How do I delete my data?
Open the app and go to More → Danger zone → Clear all data. Because everything lives on your device, that removes it. See the data deletion page for more.
